With a total area of 100 m², the maisonette offers great views of the sea and swimming pool. The ground floor includes the living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a luggage storage place. A staircase connects the ground floor with the two bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom includes a double bed and the second bedroom two single beds. A large bathroom is located in the corridor that connects the two bedrooms. All of the two bedroom maisonettes have balconies in the bedrooms, a patio near the private entrance and a porch at the back side of the building. A large private parking space is located behind the maisonette.
The communal pool is available to all properties and it is surrounded by a patio area equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.
